JerseyNaps® are shipped by the carrier/service you choose during checkout from Ashland, Wisconsin to anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that JerseyNaps cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

From UPS, you may select from the following services: UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Ground.

From USPS, you may choose USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post.

In stock JerseyNaps are normally shipped within 5 business days from the date of the order. All prices in US Dollars.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Please email Service@JerseyNaps.com to tell us why you are requesting an order cancellation, refund, or return. We will attempt contact you within 72 business hours to arrange the best solution. And if that's returning your JerseyNaps or refunding your order, we'll make the appropriate arrangements.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

JerseyNaps wants you to be happy with your products. Will replace damaged or defective products as long as the following conditions are met:

1. You must email Service@JerseyNaps.com to obtain and authorization to return merchandise.

2. The product(s) are shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase to:

3. A copy of the original order notification or packing slip is included with the returned merchandise.

Replacement product(s) will be shipped within 14 days of JerseyNaps receiving the damaged product.
